1. Rental Agreement

By using OppaRide car rental services, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is binding once a booking is confirmed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle. Additional documentation may be required.

3. Rental Periods

Rental periods are defined as:

• Hourly: Minimum 2 hours, charged per hour
• Whole Day: 24-hour period from pickup time
• Bridal/Event: Custom duration as agreed

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made via GCash or Bank Transfer before vehicle pickup. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon vehicle return in good condition.

5. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in accordance with local traffic laws. Prohibited uses include:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road driving
• Commercial use without authorization
• Subletting or transferring the vehicle

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees.

7. Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period. Insurance coverage details will be provided at booking.
